Replacement Guarantee:

For every product sold, GlamDart.com provides a 4-day replacement guarantee. Note that items that have been sold cannot be returned. Products will only be replaced if they are misdelivered or suffer damage during transit. In these situations, we will pay the return courier fees (which are the same as the return shipping costs). Customers are in charge of starting and overseeing the return courier process, and we do not offer RTO alternatives.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Ordered by Mistake: If a customer wants to exchange a product ordered by mistake, they must bear the two-way courier charges.
  • Initiation and Management: Customers are responsible for initiating and managing the return courier process. Please follow the provided guidelines for packaging, addressing, and shipping your return.

Invalid Return/Exchange Conditions:

Returns and exchanges are invalid in cases:

  • Incidental damage
  • Malfunctioning of the product
  • Natural disasters
  • Riots
  • Negligence on the part of the customer
  • Improper communication details
  • Weather conditions
  • Delays in delivery to outer city/village (10~20 days)

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

If a customer asks for a refund or cancellation:

  • The refund amount won’t be processed immediately.
  • Once the canceled order is received at the original address, our team will verify all the products.
  • The refund amount will be estimated and processed within 5~7 business days, T&C applied.

GlamDart.com is very considerate and keen on focusing on customer satisfaction in all aspects. We will solve your return/exchange claim in a very friendly manner.

Reporting Damages or Defects:

Customers may notify us of any damage or defect:

  • Defective Product: Within 1 day from the date of receipt of the goods.
  • Wrong Product: Within 7~10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Replacement Process:

To ensure a seamless return, we will check the condition of the product before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective, damaged, or wrong product before processing the replacement. If we do not have the same product in stock, you can buy an alternate product or receive a refund.

Refund Processing:

Any refund will be processed within 10 working days after acceptance from our customer care team.

Exclusions from the Refund Policy:

The refund policy is not applicable for:

  • Consumable items like branded products/company packing products that have been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Any damage or defect is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Packaging and Shipping:

Please ensure you pack the item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service to reach us as fast as possible with minimum cost since we have to bear the courier charges in some cases, as mentioned above.

Conditions for Refund or Replacement:

We will refund or replace the product under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was shipped by us.
  • The product received is defective.

In the event of a Wrong Product or a defective product received, you must report it by email at info@glamdart.com within 18 hours of receiving the order. Please provide us with package opening videos and pictures as requested. No refund or replacement shall be done without package opening videos and pictures.
